RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Khel - Feb. 12, 2010

85 wow.

90 just got ousted like that.

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - theflightyellz - Feb. 12, 2010

I'm not so sure about that. I can see anything on an 85 wheel just scraping along the stadium floor, just get the feeling it's a little too short.
Mercury looks really nice though, just hoping it'll have some potential (same goes for XF)
Thanks again Kai-V

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Khel - Feb. 12, 2010

Well you'd probably use it on RF or R2F. In that case it won't be a problem

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Giga - Feb. 12, 2010

It kindof looks like a MetalXS Battle Striker lol
Seriously though, 85 really >>

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Khel - Feb. 12, 2010

Don't tell me I'm the only one curious to try Quetzalcoatl 85R2F. Hell even Galaxy Pegasis 85R2F

What ? Which one ? To me they look completely different, hah.

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Crimson - Feb. 12, 2010

85XF?

This is satisfactory to me.

1, it'll probably rock on RF/R2F
And 2, I can continue making the worst performing beyblade of all time (Escolpio 85F)

That'd be me *-*
Genuinely can't wait for some of these releases, and April is so far away!
Looks like I'm going to have to start saving for a lot of this stuff :\

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Khel - Feb. 12, 2010

I really really need an internship now. Otherwise I might have some issues.

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - cutewolfsam - Feb. 12, 2010

I want it just for the track due to it being the lowest along with XF and would be good in my opinion with RF or R2F but also i do have the feeling as same as ellz that it will scrap the floor. Sliding shoot in my mind would be impossible to do with it unless you do a really poor launch. But i would guess there would be a technique to launch it with though.

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Khel - Feb. 12, 2010

Thing is WF is already hard to control. It doesn't retain sliding shoot very well (at least for me). XF must be insane.

Won't let me embed the Anubis image, for some reason

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - theflightyellz - Feb. 12, 2010

That's because you're trying to embed a link to a page, and not the actual image ><
It wouldn't have been a great idea to have embedded that image anyway due to its size.
Either way, I don't really see the resemblance.

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - firelord767 - Feb. 12, 2010

Awesome! We've got names!

85...?

Sagittario 85RF!!!!

When i first saw this thread, i thought some n00b thought that they had the real information and made some random thread, But this is real. Kind ofm a Curveball, eh?

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Toonpenguin - Feb. 12, 2010

I have a question about the sub-license cards how do you obtain them
(i'm sorry if theres a post for this alerady)

and if you some how get he sub-license cards and you live in the US how would you get the exclusive blade ?

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Medz - Feb. 12, 2010

Damn this will be crazy. I cant wait to see Quetz 90 WF vs Mercury Anubis 85 XF. I cant imagine the awesomeness of such a battle.

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Nuno - Feb. 12, 2010

Extreme Flat? Man... I bet It will be hard to control. Thanks Kai-V! Joyful_3

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - ChKn - Feb. 13, 2010

Hasbro better bring this blade over here if they're skipping out on pre-HWS.

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Aqua - Feb. 13, 2010

Wow, I didn't expect them to release anything lower than 90... at least not with this beyblade. Overall, this is a pretty good release. M. Anubis looks great, and comes with the lowest track and lowest bottom which is pretty cool.

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Medz - Feb. 13, 2010

I bet this could own s.peg 100 rf or quetz 100 rf. Well maybe, depends how fast xf goes.

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Ash - Feb. 13, 2010

85!? Hell Yeah!

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - firelord767 - Feb. 13, 2010

Looking at the picture, it's almost as if the track is completely absent in the beyblade. Sure, we can see it, but most of it is either inside the wheel or XF.

Imagine this with XF (being the lowest bottom) and flame. Nice and flat, you'd get under anything!

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Bey Brad - Feb. 13, 2010

Really refreshing to see exciting releases. 85; intense.

RE: Mercury Anubis 85XF - Diamond - Feb. 13, 2010

Wait a sec, is XF a square shaped bottom?
