I know you are new but try and avoid double posting,just edit your post,bro. Anyways,Welcome! Read the rules and your private messages,and have fun! And by 'pic' im assuming you mean the avatar,the picture under your name. Well,you go to the button near the top that says User cp,click it,and scroll down and look left and their should be a change avatar button. Then you do the rest.
