Thy almost never ask anyone to join. You have to really prove yourself to be in the committee.

I was thinking about putting this thread in the ask a question get an answer, but if you think about it if it talks about something important in WBO it would go into this Questions about the WBO. Anyway ask a question get an answer is mostly about beyblade not about the WBO.
