Light launcher vs beylauncher - DRACO - Jul. 08, 2009 Hi not sure if it has already been discussed but I've read in a previous thread I read that the really long rip cords are illegal. In my opinion now things should change. In fact if I'm not mistaken the really long rip cords were illegal because of the difference In length compared to the official ones. ( the longer the rip cord the faster the velocity) now the only reason why the bey launcher is more powerfully than the light launcher is because the string is much longher. So to make it fair either the beylaunchers string should be shorter or longher ripcords should be legally sold. If then the beylaunchers are more practicable as they can retact the string then they should be the only ones being sold. What do you guys think about it? RE: Light launcher vs beylauncher - MuchWow - Jul. 08, 2009 imo anything not made by takara-tomy or hasbro is illegel. and beylaunchers wont be the only thing sold, since the light launcher comes with some blades when you buy them.. so even if you dont want it, you will get some. and then use it ![]() RE: Light launcher vs beylauncher - Bey Brad - Jul. 08, 2009 The BeyLauncher is stronger because the cord can spin the Beyblade faster than the winder. The length has nothing to do with it. And, longer winder doesn't always equal faster Beyblade. The BeyLauncher is stronger, but for some people it's less accurate. There's a tradeoff involved. Any products that aren't officially made by Takara-Tomy are illegal. We're not going to allow counterfeit products simply because you want to use a giant, fake Winder ... And also, if you want it to be fair, just get a BeyLauncher... :\ RE: Light launcher vs beylauncher - DRACO - Jul. 08, 2009 I'm just saying that Takara should make them legal and sell them. RE: Light launcher vs beylauncher - フェルグラント - Jul. 08, 2009 I get your point, but what's going to happen to beylaunchers then? For light launchers, there's more accuracy So if TT allows long ripcords, Beylaunchers will be less used by bladers Again, no way TT is going to allow that RE: Light launcher vs beylauncher - Mankster - Jul. 08, 2009 (Jul. 08, 2009 6:54 AM)DRACO Wrote: I'm just saying that Takara should make them legal and sell them. That would unbalance the game... As Brad said, the good thing about Beyblade is to work within your boundaries to make something strong. RE: Light launcher vs beylauncher - Bey Brad - Jul. 08, 2009 The Light Launcher winder is already the same length as the Dragon Winder. Most kids won't be able to pull a Winder much longer than that at maximum capacity. Learn to use the BeyLauncher. RE: Light launcher vs beylauncher - WhereIsMyFace - Jul. 08, 2009 (Jul. 08, 2009 6:23 AM)DRACO Wrote: ( the longer the rip cord the faster the velocity) Alot of people found that the massively long rip cords were better for spin velocity. I found that those huge rips cords sucked. Back when you could buy beyblades at your local department store, I bought a few of those huge rip cords. My arm was pretty short back then so I could only pull it properly about half way, so it would end up being a slow and uncontrolled launch. Then the rip cord would break after about a week. RE: Light launcher vs beylauncher - Khel - Jul. 08, 2009 Just learn to use a beylauncher correctly if you want more power |
