RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - AngelicSight - Nov. 20, 2010

Hmm... Y'know, what is better. A old style dragoon winder, or a beylauncher? Has anyone tested this? I can do it sometime with a digital tachometer, but a don't have a old winder, as mines broke. Can anyone give any conclusive results?

As far as I know the "old style dragoon winder" is the same length as TAKARA-TOMY's winders, and the Beylauncher is still better.

You should read Beywiki.

Do not post that here. There is a topic for that.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Sora95 - Nov. 20, 2010

Look. The title will be obvious, and it is either on the first page of this forum, or the second.

Since 桃太郎 told you that Metal Faces were used for them, then perhaps they are the combinations listed under Attack in the first post which have "MF", or most of them anyway ?

isn't this over the weight limit?

There's a weight limit?! Uncertain

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - blah - Nov. 21, 2010

For WBBA certified tournaments in Japan, yes.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Beystriker - Nov. 21, 2010

Flame Bull DF145SD, wouldn't this be good for a stamina custom?

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - blah - Nov. 21, 2010

It's alright. But it has been badly outclassed.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Beystriker - Nov. 21, 2010

Ah ok I actually thought it was a top tier custom Grin
What are the other fusion wheels other than earth that can be used for a defence custom?

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - blah - Nov. 21, 2010

Rock and Dark however they are no where near as good.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Beystriker - Nov. 21, 2010

Ah ok thnx for ur help

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - JJsonickid - Nov. 21, 2010

is there any new good customs for quetzalcoatl?

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - ILikeLyke - Nov. 21, 2010

Quetzalcoatl 90 RF/R2F. it's on the first page.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Mc Frown - Nov. 22, 2010

He said new.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Raijin - Nov. 22, 2010

Metal Face Dark Bull/Aquario C145/GB145 RS/WB?
It works almost as good for defense.
And...
Metal Face Gravity Perseus D125 RF/R2F for attack.
(Got that from Momo's thread.)

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - 桃太郎 - Nov. 22, 2010

Heheh, thanks for suggesting that. I'd like more tests done before I suggest it though. Anyway, in regard to your Defense combo, Dark has been outclassed by Earth and even Rock for Defense.

This thread is for combos that have potential use in a competitive situation, and by that, I mean it can score high win rates against our current top-tiers.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Red Mockingbird - Nov. 22, 2010

I recently made + tested a variation to the original Bull/C145 from the start of the topic.
I used Dark bull (don't have an earth ring) with C145 WD (WD from perseus)
It works well for a defensive type.
I even did a time record using a beylauncher as well as a light launcher.
Light launcher's best time was 2 minutes and 32 seconds.
Beylauncher's best time was 2 mins 28 seconds.

Any thoughts?

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - lord Wolfblade - Nov. 22, 2010

well you must of been fighting against horrible combos because wd is not good at all for defence

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - 桃太郎 - Nov. 22, 2010

Also, what Stadium was used? The Attack Stadium will determine whether your results are valid or not.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Red Mockingbird - Nov. 22, 2010

I didn't actually pit that combination against anything seeing as i actually only wanted to test the light launcher and beylauncher running times. And I used the vortex stadium as i don't have any TT stadiums Unhappy

I'll probably do a video of me testing the combo out when i get my attack stadium as i only tested it running by itself for launcher times.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - lord Wolfblade - Nov. 22, 2010

what combos were you fighting against
edit: you said you did it in the sv stadium? if so thats why its so good, in a TT attack stadium it will get killed
