They are available on ebay for around $10USD which will be cheaper then paying for the game in order to gain a metal face.

Homemade parts are illegal...

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Corey - Sep. 19, 2010

You can't use home made parts anyways. It's illegal.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - earthleone234 - Sep. 19, 2010

thats what i was wondering

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Omega - Sep. 23, 2010

Hmm... I did some testing recently, and I think I found that D125WD is better then DF145D, or 145D. (I haven't done testing for SD yet as it's damaged, I'm in need of a new one)

I used an Earth Aquila wheel (Still haven't got myself a Virgo -.-) in several tests, here are the results:
Earth Aquila DF145D (10 Solo spins):
2:34, 2:41, 2:36, 2:32, 2:40, 2:42, 2:29, 2:35, 2:34, 2:43.

Earth Aquila DF145WD (10 Solo spins):
2:40, 2:41, 2:38, 2:42, 2:36, 2:45, 2:36, 2:39, 2:41, 2:43.

Earth Aquila D125D (10 Solo spins):
2:40, 2:41, 2:39, 2:46, 2:51, 2:43, 2:49, 2:44, 2:50, 2:49

Earth Aquila D125WD (10 Solo spins):
2:53, 3:05, 3:07, 3:02, 2:59, 3:09, 3:13, 3:05, 2:56, 3:00.

As you can see, Earth Aquila D125WD has gotten better results, I used the right launcher for these tests, but used the bey launcher in another and got very similar results.

Earth Aquila D125WD VS Earth Aquila DF145D:
D125WD Wins: 7, Losses: 1, Tie: 2
DF145D Wins: 1, Tie: 3

The 1 loss was from knockout.

If this has been discussed before, please inform me. I just wanted to point this out.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - LeonTempest - Sep. 23, 2010

so, woukd it be possible to organize a list of current top tiers right now? mch appreciated.

BTW, nice Eartg Aqualia results. Eart mold 1 or 2?

1. Do you mean the top-tier list? They are in the first page...
2. Earth molds doesn't make any differences in Omega's tests, he's just testing the tracks.

Good spin time doesn't mean it will be good in battle. Do some battle testing and I think you'll find DF145 is better cause people used to use D125 for stamina but then started using DF145 cause it's better.

You quoted the battle testing yourself... :\

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Ultra - Sep. 24, 2010

Oh woops but also since both combos didn't have the same track it will make the results inconclusive. Also my point still stands that the spin times won't tell you anything about how they work in battle.

!? This is for testing the tracks, if they are both using DF145, what results do you want?

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Ultra - Sep. 24, 2010

Yes but testing is not valid if you don't use the same bottom whether you are testing the bottom, track or whatever.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - The Eternal One - Sep. 24, 2010

I made a Defense type beyblade, too. The pieces are...

Face: Wolf
Clear Wheel: Bull's (Although it is not clear...just orange.)
Metal Wheel: Earth
Track: Claw 145
Bottom: Wide Defense

Although I'm thinking of replacing the bottom with Earth Aquila's bottom, I forget the name. Wide Spike, or something like that. Anyways, I just made this. I was wondering how it sounded, before I test out something that probably won't work.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Moss-Da-Boss - Sep. 24, 2010

We are already aware of Earth's awesomeness for defence and also due to the fact WD has very little friction its hit around easier .

This is just showing that the entire Earth Aquila D125WD is better then D145D, solo spins, and in battle.

The competitive customizations thread don't even recommend using D125, and put WD at the back as last option for a bottom. So I did testing and got these results, which I think is better then D145D. (Note that D145 is the first option for a track on the competitive customizations thread, and D125 is not even there)

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Ultra - Sep. 25, 2010

What you said there is generally completly wrong.

1) If you're testing a combo then you have to use the same parts for each blade so Earth Aquila D125WD vs Earth Aquila DF145WD. Of course the combo with WD for the tip is gonna do better cause WD is better than D for stamina.
2) The parts on the list are in no order. Also D125 isn't even on there. Also WD isn't last in the list. In terms of how good they are most people use SD But that's mainly due to personal preference. They are about equal with D behind them and then B. Also tests have shown that DF145 and 145 are about equal in terms of stamina.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Dylman56 - Sep. 27, 2010

This is my best, combo Face Bolt (just to make it look more awesome)=Storm Pegasus, Energy Ring=Leone, Fusion Wheel=Storm, Spin Track=105 OR 100, Performance Tip=WB (Wide Ball)=Storm Leone 105WB it has great endurance(3 minutes mine lasted for) great defense but it's light weight so can be knocked into pockets on an arena with a strong enough attack type, it's attack is really good, if it avoids the pockets when 1st launched, it also has great balance wich adds to the already great attack and defense, I use an Easy Grip Cord, and a Sniper Grip with Storm Pegasus launcher.
did 2 solo-spins, quite big jump 2:54 3:27 and it may not be as good, depending on the condition of your bey parts, I use my Storm Leone "Off-Road" all the time, for practice, the Performance Tip is slightly worn out but the more I use it it has gotten better, due to the performance tip it's gotten allot better at smash attacks
haven't tried it with a Metal Face yet, (call me a cheapskate, but I personally think over £6:00 is overpriced for just 2 metal bolts)

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Mc Frown - Sep. 28, 2010

3 minutes isn't good.
Also I somewhat doubt the validity of your solo spin times.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Corey - Sep. 28, 2010

Solo spin times are fairly meaningless, and Storm has always performed poorly as a stamina and defense wheel.

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - UnLeAsHeD - Sep. 29, 2010

Whats the best Performance Tip that has good friction and stamina? Is there even one?

RE: Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos - Mc Frown - Sep. 29, 2010

WD.
CS sort of too.
