Why the hell would you not want to eat unless you are poor ? Even when you are trying to lose weight, you should eat healthy meals. If you are indeed poor, why are you using a computer or other device with an Internet connection ?
In any case, I doubt it is healthy in more than one way to boast about the period where you are able to not eat ... At all.

OK, this is weird. I don't want to condone the process of not eating at all. It's not healthy.
