You don't know what Synchrom is? Have you never read Kai-V's thread about it that was published in March?
It's basically just replacing the Crystal Wheel with another Chrome Wheel.

Lol eight brother acts like tetsuya wataragani I mean the way he laughs and the way his glasses shine lol looks exactly same.Is he normal because he doesnt look like a normal person I personnaly think he is a cool person.he can't be evil because they show him with shinobu and zero at the end meaning they become friends on one of this episodes

A really nice episode~ At least if you like the cute stuff at the beginning.
You could learn a little more about Shinobu's personality.
And Kite/Kaito seems to be a quite interesting character. Perfect~ I wonder how much more you get to know about him.

Um it hasn't even been put on youtube yet so most won't have seen it. Anyway that was a really boring episode. Nothing happened apart from the predictable move of the Shinobu hanging around with Zero and co and a running competition between Zero and Shinobu and then a very short start to the battle at the end.
