You can look and see if there are any Organizers in the area or you can become an Organizer yourself and hopefully draw some attention to the region. Almost all of the info you need is in the most recent version of the Organizer's Guide if you want to host a tournament. As far as where to host a tournament, you'll have to ask around in your area if it would be okay because, as all of us Bladers know, Beyblade can be kinda loud sometimes
