Oh yeah, since Lightsworn thins the deck quite fast, it would be good to get some Pot of Avarice RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - NAP - Mar. 15, 2010 PoA doesn't work too well. Beckoning/Monster Reincarnation is better grave control than PoA. RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - BladerAce17 - Mar. 15, 2010 ...All of which are useless if they sent to the Graveyard by the Lighsworn "balancer" effect. What? That's four cards in the deck. A 1/9 chance of milling it. Besides if you're doing it right (Garoth), your hand should be no less than 3 or 4 at all times. 1 Beckoning should be enough to get that 4th fairy in the grave for Kristy. RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - Aikemi - Mar. 15, 2010 Ok, so, I have made an xx saber deck at a 20-0 streak, a chimeratech otk for march at 3-0, and a fun burn at 4-2. Will post them all, I guess, but for now here is sabers. Shikamaru, trust me, sabers wreck, especially with saber hole at 3 haha. I don't have 3 emmersblade, I use YVD (a duel sim where you duel other people) to test decks. Chimeratech OTK Spoiler (Click to View) RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - NAP - Mar. 16, 2010 Hero, maybe I'll play you on YVD one day. And are you planning on running BWs when TSHD comes out? RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - Aikemi - Mar. 16, 2010 Actually, I plan on testing like crazy, seeing as TSHD will make a pretty big mark in the meta The expected top tiers (at least, what I foresee them to be) are BWs, Sabers, and Infernities. I would like to get my hands on all three of those, however, I have heard that infernities are dominating the japan format. Other than that, I might have some fun decks such as burn and chimeratech otk. Feel free to PM me if you ever do want a match on YVD Burn Spoiler (Click to View) RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - RyomaEchizen - Apr. 17, 2010 Haha a lot of people who like Beyblade actually plays YuGiOh! XD I would post my Blackwing Deck list but it's just the same boring build that everyone uses lol RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - Diamond - Apr. 17, 2010 (Apr. 17, 2010 3:55 AM)RyomaEchizen Wrote: Haha a lot of people who like Beyblade actually plays YuGiOh! When I first started gathering stuff I was looking at it and thinking "This looks like it's probably gonna suck, but it might be fun to play", so I put it together and play tested it a bit and I actually really like it. I think I'm gonna take it to my local tournament this Friday and see how it does there. Anyway, here's the list. Dude you've got a Dark Armed Dragon and your using it in warrior deck? XD Man I'm so jealous! I so need one right now. They're super expensive! They go for $40-$60 nowadays, almost every deck that runs a few dark monsters have this card. I run a pretty solid BW build but Dark Armed Dragon or DaD is the only card I need to complete it as well as stuff from sets that aren't released yet. (Apr. 17, 2010 4:05 AM)diamondclimax Wrote: Haha, yup, that's so true. Yeah there's not much choices to pick from xD it's either BWs, Flamvell cat or Glads at the moment. Some anti meta might be run by some people but the majority of people run BWs, Cat and Glads since the cards you need are really easy to get and are really strong. Still need a DaD to complete my BWs but at least I finally got my second Vayu RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - NAP - Apr. 17, 2010 (Apr. 17, 2010 4:07 AM)RyomaEchizen Wrote: Dude you've got a Dark Armed Dragon and your using it in warrior deck? What the hell kind of rip-off circuit are you trading in? Why are you whining about 1 Dad if you have 3 BWAMs like you're supposed to in a BW deck? And this format is pretty diverse, and not dominated by only 2 decks. RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - RyomaEchizen - Apr. 17, 2010 (Apr. 17, 2010 4:27 AM)NAP Wrote: 40 for a DAD? And I'm not whining, I'm just saying how hard it is for me to get one and I run 2 BWAMs since theres never been a duel where I needed to use all 3. It is but those are the decks the majority of people run here. RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - BladeStorm - Apr. 18, 2010 I really like rushing in the first few turns! Spells than take control of the opponent, monsters than initiate a chain of special summoning, monsters which can attack multiple times during 1 battle phase. In short I just play with my opening hand and what I top-deck. I play casually only, using the traditional format. My favourite combo is Cyber jar's flip effect being activated, then next turn, play cards which sweep the feild Raigeki/Dark Hole/Lightning vortex + Harpie's feather duster/Heavy storm/giant trunade. After that I use Marauding captain to swarm the warrior monster which gains additional attacks for each equip card(forgot name) and then equip him with United we stand/mage power/axe of despair. Its a really fun strategy to deploy when you see the looks on the opponents face when you just sweep them with a monster with originally 600 base atk. RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - NAP - Apr. 19, 2010 Traditional blows. Made me mad but overall I'm really happy with how I did today, kind of validated my playing skills in my own eyes, which is good because lately I've really been doubting my skill. Anyway, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be taking a temporary (maybe? I dunno) hiatus from Yu-Gi-Oh. I'm getting kind of tired of the game and having to deal with all of the big-headed, hardcore douchebags that have started showing up where I play at. RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - BladeStorm - Apr. 19, 2010 "Traditional blows" This means that its not good, right? I'm not a serious enough player to do otherwise. I can see the problem with traditional; you just spam broken cards and its not really much of a strategy. No structure in the setup, mid-game and end-game. Assuming that it meant poor and lacking in some way, I went on to justify why it is. But I had no intention to say that traditional was good in the first place - I merely stated that I personally enjoy it more. RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - InfernoSlayer0 - Apr. 19, 2010 my deck is ok, but now even close to good. i would wanna tell u my deck, but i dont wanna put every single card XD! i wish i can just copy and paste from YVD RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - NAP - Apr. 19, 2010 (Apr. 19, 2010 1:39 AM)Roan Wrote: qft I'm actually a little bit disappointed in GBs. I main deck 1 Cyber Dragon and side another, as well as 3 DD Crow, 2 System Down and a Chimeratech Fortress Dragon in my Extra Deck. Combined with D-Fissure, Chariot and Retiari, they don't stand a chance against me. Also, if you manage to get Heraklinos out early on in the game (I'm talking like first or second turn here when you still have a full hand -- which isn't nearly as hard to do as you might think. Any GB+Test Tiger = Secutor, which in turn = Heraklinos), they might as well just scoop. I actually had a Machina player scoop to my Heraklinos yesterday. lol RE: Discuss your yu-gi-oh decks here. - InfernoSlayer0 - Apr. 19, 2010 well i decided to post my deck: Monsters: 33 Mecha bunny x3 Copycat Dark Blade Junk Synchron Tune Warrior Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasqa Earthbound Immortal Ccpac Apu Earthbound Immortal Asilla Piscu Mystic Tomato Renge, Gatekeeper of Dark World Charcoal Inpachi Noisy Gnat Vampire's Curse Assault Beast Paladin of Cursed Dragon 7 Colored Fish Magna Drago Strong Wind Dragon Debris Dragon Confusion Chaff Montage Dragon Exiled Force Ufo Turtle Marauding Captain Axe Raider Nitro Synchron Water Spirit Frequency Magician Assault Mercernary The Calculator Fortress Warrior Atlantean Pikeman Spells: 11 A Legendary Ocean The Warrior Returning Alive Lightning Vortex Mystical Space Typhoon Synchro Boost Rush Recklessly Monster Reincarnation Smashing Ground Symbols of Duty Twister Double Summon Traps: 16 Spirit Force Magic Cylinder Trap Hole Spellbinding Circle Threatening Roar Miniaturize Backup Soldier Bottomless Trap Hole Sakuretsu Armor Confusion Chaff Remote Revenge Divine Wrath Negate Attack Synchro Strike Scrap-Iron Scarecrow Graceful Revival Extras Deck:8 Junk Warrior Colossal Fighter Gaia Knight, The Force of Earth Goyo Guardian Stardust Dragon Ancient Fairy Dragon Armory Arm Red Dragon Archfiend |
