Anyways, this is basically a big anime all about history, with characters who basically fight and bicker the entire time.
I tried to find the meaning of the title, but the closest I got was this:
"As far as I know, Hetalia isn't a real word.
However, the title comes from the Japanese words for "useless" (hetare) and Italy (Italia).
Sorry, that's all I know."
