An idea came to me when suddenly i came up with a national champs! WBO if you can make this official can you make this happen and if you do can you bring one of the events to chicago so my friends can join?

This has already been suggested, and it is not necessarily realistic to expect that to happen.
Furthermore, you do not seem to understand the concept of our organisation. If you want a tournament in Chicago, then you or someone else who lives in Chicago needs to take the initiative to host an event there. The World Beyblade Organization is all of its Members, not just a small group of people ...
