Sorry for this, I know this is probably fairly obvious but is there a plastics top tier list anywhere?

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - Kai-V - Jan. 08, 2013

There is this :
http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Building-a-Plastic-Top-Tier-List

th!nk will be able to tell you if it is completely reliable though.

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - th!nk - Jan. 08, 2013

It isn't, sadly. I've been working on a new one but it's an extremely large task, especially as things have to change every time someone finds something new, there are a bunch things I have to test, and I have a lot of other things to do as well.

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - The Beymaster - Jan. 10, 2013

I think this is the right place to ask this, is there a guide on here on how to assemble plastic beyblades as I am looking to purchase my first plastic bey but I would have no idea to assemble it.

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - Tri - Jan. 10, 2013

Uhh, the instructions are helpful. Even if it's Japanese, the pictures make it obvious what to do, I didn't know how but just by looking at the pictures, I got it.

I don't think there is a guide like that, though.

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - Izhkoort - Jan. 10, 2013

its not that hard that it seems, has Tri says, the pictures are self-explanatory, but search for an unboxing on youtube of the beyblade you want to buy or a beyblade of the same generation, many of them let you see how it is assembled

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - Wombat - Jan. 13, 2013

Is it possible to make Wolborg 4's bottom half spin left with a Spin Gear? Or is it like Rock Bison where you have to use a Right Engine Gear?

wolborg 4 and rock bison (and desert sphinxer, etc) share the same type of prong to attach its "CEW"/ shell thing...since there is not left engine gear existed with the same prong like wolborg 4 and the others..it is impossible to make it to spin left..unless illegal modification..

So is Bistool a okay starting Plastic gen bey?

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - Ultra - Jan. 13, 2013

It's alright. Better than some. Has some uses but definitely not a top tier.

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - V7OL - Jan. 13, 2013

Is the clear-red Driger F worth buying? If so, what would you say is a realistic value for it?

If you want, Hasbro still has instructions from most of the plastic/HMS gen beyblades on their site in English and some other languages.

Uh not really no. Driger F isn't that great a beyblade. Not sure about the value. It's quite rare though.

How much smaller are Sonokong plastics when compared to Takara/Hasbro releases? I'd like to get a Draciel S and a couple others, not for use, just display/collecting, but is there a huge difference between those and what I used to have?

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - Ultra - Jan. 14, 2013

You wouldn't really notice it without looking closely i'd expect. The only difference is that the size of some of the parts means that they don't fit with others.

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - terzinaccio - Jan. 14, 2013

Hello!
I have 5 beys: voltaic ape, draciel s, griffolyon, Bump King (not the AR) and gaia dragoon V.

What combo do you recommend? I play in an attack stadium BB10

Thanks

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - Ultra - Jan. 14, 2013

The only thing you can really make is this:

AR: Griffolyon
WD: Ten Wide
BB: Gaia Dragoon V

None of your parts mix at all unfortunately.

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - CrAzyMEtALMoNkE - Jan. 14, 2013

Hey There people ! just tough i would drop my beyblades parts here and see what combo comes up !

Here are the beyblade i have :

Dragoon G
Dragoon S
Driger G
Draciel G
Draciel S
Dranzer G
Dranzer S
Flash Leopard 2 ( black leo 2 )
Metal Driger
Master Driger
Master Draciel

I also have these parts :

Auto change balancer attack ring
Metal ball defenser base
a random plastic right spin semi flat tip base

Weight disks are : 8 & 10 Wide ; 8 & 10 Balanced ; 6 & 10 Heavy ; Revolver Attack

a good compact combo i figured was :

AR: auto change balancer
WD: 10 heavy
SG : RS Neo sg(black leo) with Heavy metal core (metal driger)
BB: SG Semi-flat (master driger)

Id like to figure if i can make a defense combo and a good attack combo.
and any nice combos idea are welcome !
Thx !!

EDIT : added master draciel and revolver attack WD

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - Ultra - Jan. 14, 2013

Sorry but you can't really anything good at all. The best you can do is the combo I listed below or uncustomised Dragoon and Driger G:

AR: Dragoon G
WD: Ten Wide (Dragoon G)
SG: Dragoon S
BB: Dragoon S

Usually it's only like a millimetre difference but that's more than enough to make them incompatible in a lot of ways with most regular parts. They're best avoided. Some tips are molded differently, the most noticeable being the sonokong driger s tip which is rounded rather than a change shape, and has far worse balance (and therefore worse stamina). The AR's sometimes fit on Engine Gears, though (and sonokong's Driger S AR is one of the better choices for use with Wolborg 4's Circle Survivor CEW part).

EDIT : added master draciel and revolver attack WD

While ACB's AR is a pretty poor choice, you don't really have any compact AR's anyway. Metal Ball Defenser's base with 4 metal balls would be a better choice than the SG Semi Flat setup you have there - better balance at no real cost to anything (well, it's slightly lighter but it performs better in all aspects so).

Weight Based Defense (these are more balance than defense but w/e)
AR: Master Draciel
WD: 10 Heavy
SG: Neo Right SG (HMC)
BB: Draciel S w/ 4 metal balls
If you can learn to hit your opponents beyblade mid-air it's pretty deadly.

Also try flash leopard 2's AR (though I don't know where "Black leo 2" comes from, it might be fake) on the combo Ultra mentioned (though Storm Grip Base is pretty slow for a rubber base so you're not going to get too far with it either way).
You could also try it in right spin with Driger G's AR, which might do better.
Also:
AR: Driger G
WD: 10 Heavy
SG: Neo Right SG (HMC)
BB: Dragoon S

Traditional upper attack, but judging by my tests it's probably not worth bothering with.

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - Ultra - Jan. 15, 2013

Black Leo 2 is the sonokong name for Flash Leopard 2.

RE: Plastics Q&A Thread (Q&A/Purchase Consultation/Combo Advice for Plastics (not HMS!)) - th!nk - Jan. 15, 2013

Oh, wow. That's hilarious.

Might struggle to get the AR on the left SG then, but my other recommendations stand.

The majority of the those have articles on beywiki. You've been here for a while so you should be self sufficient enough by now to look there first. I really feel that when me and th!nk leave here plastics are in big trouble.

Are you serious? you just helped out 2 people one of which has been here just as long as me. I just got into plastics for the first time since Rememberance Day so im clueless to what to do with what ive got. Also when is the last time the Beywiki has been updated for plastics? I would have went by the Tier combo list but as per Th!nk its outdated.
