From the pictures I saw, the tip still looked pretty good, but I wasn't interested in buying it from him and selling it; I just wanted to get him an approximate price in case he wanted to sell it. So a good approximate minimum would be about $20 if it's in good condition?

Oh it's most definitely fake. I remember the fake beys near me when I was a kid had those. Anyway its a fake of the weight disk from the Bearing Gyros beys if anyone wants to know.

Just to confirm, Ultra is, as usual, correct on both counts.
Sparta: be careful with your wording, SOK (Sonokong) are still an official company, even with their smaller parts and so on.

A question about Spark Knight, I know that it's not always guaranteed that you get the clear version (NIB) but I was wondering is there any possible way to tell? Any give away signs on the box?
Also how many different variations are there of Spark Knight? I've seen a sold yellow one, a solid orange one and obviously the clear orange one.

It depends if you count recolours but I think there are a couple in early random boosters, but I'm not sure, because of the whole "make 3 beyblades identical other than the least distinctive part and call them different things" thing they did.
I honestly have no clue about the others, I'm not sure anyone will as information about hasbro stuff is ridiculously hard to come by (and this hasn't changed, look at their lack of release dates for MFB stuff).

Ah, I see. Yeah I know what you're talking about (Polta being a red recolour of Spark knight and so on)
One more question, how much is a NIB Hasbro Bearing Stinger worth?

I'm only guessing, but somewhere in the $20-30 range, maybe more (it's a very nice beyblade). The PF one is more valuable, but yeah. See what Ultra or anyone else says, I'm probs on the low side.

Well, as far as rare goes, both are very hard to find (Only SOK versions are somewhat common now). Both have some useful parts, too. However, I think the Driger S is a little more valuable. This is because both the AR and the BB are great parts - The AR especially for Zombie Combo users.

Well, that's true. At least it's not KK or TT-Hongoli. But the parts tend to still be made of cheaper plastic and don't feel as authentic to me. That's probably just me being picky, though.

ZX, I don't think there are any significant differences at all. Although don't take it from me, wait till some one like th!ink or Ultra comes along to verify that.

Yes, they do. Some of them have boxes that do not show it, for some reason, but they all contain it.

It's not like getting a hasbro Draciel MS which doesn't have the 15 Gram WD or something. I think you'd pretty much be getting the same thing either way you order it.

There are no differences between Hasbro/Takara Dragoon GT or Dranzer GT.

Actually, no! My first Driger S came with a regular sized bit chip (and therefore no protector). I only realised this and how odd this was a few days back, haha (as it was my first grey beyblade and my bit sticker is on a full size grey chip exactly the same shade as the AR/BB, AND I recall opening it and being quite surprised at it). My Dragoon S did come with the bit protector and small chips, though.

That's odd... I used to buy the ones without a bit protector on the box, and even they included it. Could be a first wave release error or something, perhaps? I've got three Hasbro Driger S(two from the boxes that have no bit protector), and all came with one.

It is odd, but it happened. I'm not sure what was on the box, though I think the box showed the small bit chip (as I remember being surprised, though it may have been from the instructions).
As for the release, I'm not sure on Hasbro's release dates or exactly when I bough it, but I don't think it would have been the first wave.

Perhaps, though the clear protectors aren't part of the runner frames, and I didn't get any protectors, so IDK. Either way, it's possible to get a regular bit chip, though far less common.
