Rock Leone 105WB - Zero328 - Jun. 03, 2009

I only have 3 MFBs so far and the type variety in them aren't great yet... but out of the boxes i've got:

pegasus 105F
quetzelcoatl 90WF? (came with the ds game)
rock leone 145WB

so there isnt much i can do in regards to customisation yet... but here's what i've put together for now

rock leone 105WB

is this any good or am i just looking for a beating?

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Ghost - Jun. 03, 2009

Personally I'd say the quetzelcoatl 90WF is ur best bet..
If you buy Storm Pegasis RF and use it's RF tip with quetz90.. then u'll have basically the best attacking beyblade there is..

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Aqua - Jun. 03, 2009

I think Rock has a bit of smash. So maybe you can also try, Rock Leone 90/ 105 WF.

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Giga - Jun. 03, 2009

Experiment. You only have three so if you mess around with what you can do with them than you may learn something you can teach all of us.

thats what i just did actually, swapped WB for WF, now i just need a stadium to test it against quetz2 90F

Giga: as said above i haven't got a stadium...

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Giga - Jun. 03, 2009

Buy one then :\

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Bey Brad - Jun. 03, 2009

You bought a $60 Beyblade DS game but don't have a stadium yet.

Your priorities are a bit mixed up.

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - cutewolfsam - Jun. 03, 2009

You don't nessercarily need a stadium to blade you could something thats smooth, squar shaped or something, the person just won't get the full experience of blading so so what if he's only bought 3 MFBs and no stadium atleast he bought good MFBs.

ah... the catch there isn't cost, its space most beyblade accessaries are relatively small, asides from a stadium, which isn't... i may take the ferrerro roche lid that i've got and try them out on that, but i've only recently (today in fact) finished my exams, so i wasnt in the mood or position to do any testing before. Not to mention, i only have 1 MFB launcher

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Giga - Jun. 03, 2009

The stadiums are not that big.

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Zero328 - Jun. 03, 2009

when i moved to england from south africa, my room took a serious downgrade in size, its not much bigger than a king size bed, the amount of stuff i had didnt shrink accordingly either, i've basically got mountains of stuff by the end of my bed beside my computer table, if i open up my square work table (which i have and have piles of stuff on it as well) i can't turn in my chair... i know a stadium isn't that big, i seriously can't have one unless a do i week of tidying and chucking stuff out in my room...

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Bey Brad - Jun. 03, 2009

If you don't have a Bey Stadium, you can't play Beyblade. It's like trying to play Chess without a chess board, just the pieces.

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Rocky - Jun. 03, 2009

Except that would be quite possible. =_= Beyblading isn't. Seriously, put a stadium at the very top of your 'to buy' list. Even before clothes and such. It's worth it.

well you could draw a board, but that would constitute a board

OK, IT'S LIKE PLAYING BASKETBALL WITHOUT BASKETS

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Pich - Jun. 03, 2009

Yeah^^^^
Still, you could use Rock Leone 105WB(defense-ish) and then Quetz90WF(smash attack).

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Zero328 - Jun. 03, 2009

hmm... i think my friend might still have his stadium, may go around his and test them sometime.

i was thinking i'd try sticking an endurance bottom on rock leone 105 once i get my hands on 1, maybe S or BS?

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Rocky - Jun. 04, 2009

I'd say D or BS would be best.

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - MuchWow - Jun. 04, 2009

B also will work good.

Lol i dont think BS would be a good option.

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - MuchWow - Jun. 04, 2009

i like BS but the problem is that it gets unbalanced fast..i thought the B will give it some balance but i feel its no better than S. they should make a Wide Ball Sharp Wink

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - josh-jf - Jun. 04, 2009

Is that even possible? can it be wide yet sharp at the sametime? I highly doubt it.

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - MuchWow - Jun. 04, 2009

i believe it is. am currently looking at my WB and BS. it can be the same as WB but with a small sharp part at the end. it would be a super stamina/defence bottom Smile
it doesnt loose balance and it has very good stamina!

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Rocky - Jun. 04, 2009

It's not my favourite bottom but I've seen BS work pretty well.

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Zero328 - Jun. 04, 2009

with the rock metal wheel i felt thatit'd be a waste for it to not move in the stadium, thats why i'm mainly looking at endurance bottoms, but i guess i'll just have to try them all out when i get the chance... waiting for a random booster 2 through the mail, but besides that, i've only got F WF and WB so far

RE: Rock Leone 105WB - Guardian Odin - Jun. 05, 2009

I really don't see how something like pegasis is talking about would have really good defense. It would still be sharp.. The WB has good defensive performance because there is increased contact area with the stadium. More friction. If the tip is sharp, it's the same as S or D or BS.
