If you get choked dont panic or youll waste the oxygen your body has and if youre smaller make sure you stay more closed and focus on your opponents subtle movements so you can read them

oh and one more thing if your lighter or shorter than you have a really good ally... leverage remember takedowns have nothing to do about strength its using leverage to knock your opponent off balance or throw them too the ground I'm really experienced when it comes to fighting and martial-arts I have the trophies to prove it XD

Training was intense today, we did simulated high elevation training. I ran approx. 2.5 miles at 15,000 feet in altitude.

actually I took Taek-wan-do first my dad was a second degree black belt and I was a Green belt when we moved to tennessee (I was living in columbia, SC) then I took kung-fu I placed first place in forms in 3 bragging rights tournament XD I have a broad sword a pole and num-chucks at kung-fu we would grapple/wrestle a lot and my dad taught me some stuff he knew and I was #1 for awhile but one of the twins got me in this armlock XD anyway I'm really expirienced and so is my dad (second degree black belt) I have lots of trophies and I was a Blue Orange sash in Kung-Fu

Well today i have awesome luck
I woke up sore for some reason even though i hadnt done. Any serious training in a week. I still did my usual training and while i was practicing my kenjutsu my year old $200 katana snapped in half. And now after that i have to talk to some stupid cps person because my old school that i legally stopped going. To said i wasnt being educated (even though the school hadnt taught anything i didnt know)

Gave away waay too much candy at the start this holloween. A little girl dressed like a princess was at the door and she goes "Trick or Treat" and I said "Im sorry I am out of candy" she goes," That's okay" with a big smile. I immediately go in the kitchen and get her a bag of pretzels and give her $2, she said thank you so much and tried to give me my money back but I let her keep it, haha.
