I would suggest "To the Decisive Battle's Location" or "To the Site of the Decisive Battle" as a translation of the title.
"While Ginga and the others prepare for their next battle, repeating their intensive training in order to increase the power of their Fragments of the Star, Nemesis is infused with power by Rago and it finally starts to cause unusual phenomena worldwide. Having discovered Nemesis' whereabouts based on the data observed from the Cosmos that was sent by Aleksei and co. from Russia, Ginga and the others try to head out to their headquarters so that they can prevent a disaster from happening this time round, but..."

10 Second Preview Analysis:
Rago, Doji, Pluto, Johannes, Cycnus, Herschel and Keyser are all on a white boat, headed for a place in the water (Judging by the episode title, the land where Nemesis once ruled from).
Rago is using Diablo Nemesis' power to locate it's whereabouts.
Pluto has swapped his cloak for a white tuxedo.
Gingka and the gang appear to be running off to train towards the end of the episode.
I think that's about it really

Be patient. I'm currently doing the encoding for the episode to give Dranzer a break. If that fails, He may have to do it instead while I focus on B-Daman.

Well, I had a slight error. I ended up with a 50GB file rather than a 300MB file... anyone up for a 50GB episode? xD
But seriously, I'm trying everything I can to encode it, but it's not looked to bright on the file size front. I might actually have to leave it to Dranzer

No, he definitely has a life (A fiance, if you didn't read the first several damn times) and half of those kids who don't grasp the concept of 'patience' are begging like idiots don't deserve to watch any TV and should actually get in the working world and earn stuff for once in their lives.

Same here, download the episode but where the song is still going on, it stopped and a message saying the file is corrupted. I think the encoded bit was corrupted somehow, Dranzer, can you fix it please? thanks.
