I don't have much but before you ask about my fourth beyblade I don't have one, i simply traded Pepe my Draciel Fortress AR for his Wyborg AR.
1:
AR: Upper Dragoon
WD: 10 Balance
SG: Engine Gear Right
BB: Dranzer G
2:
AR: Dranzer G
WD: 8 Heavy
SG: Right
BB: Master Dragoon
3:
AR: Wyborg
WD: 8 Balance
SG: Right
BB: Draciel Fortress
Well, I didn't have much to start with but with testing It seemed these were some of the most consistant.

Master Dragoon with Eight Heavy/ 10 balance would be the best thing you could probably make with those parts.

Well It's on the Dranzer G base, with a spin gear, it doenst really utilize the up attack but because of the base it wobbles so it comes down and slaps them away real well and even when it isn't on it's side slightly it still hits them pretty dang hard. The other one with Dranzer's AR has a great smash attack and is fast while going round the arena so it's easy to KO other blades, even defense ones (pepe and I found that out fast lol)

Xenoka also has mastered slide shooting! Scary! Though I have managed to do it with a Wyborg base in attack mode muhahaha. BTW Master Dragoon Base = SG Flat

Oh, well i didn't know the name lol, and I wouldn't say mastered, I'd say I got the just of it at least, but for the most part I do it consistantly
although it stops for a half a second then goes into action

1
AR: Upper Dragoon

BB: Rubber Flat? (it's the lowest BB I know that, not sure what it's called)

AR: Seaborg
WD: 8 Balance

BB: Master Dragoon

AR: Wyborg
WD: 8 Wide

1 is great for the parts you've got assuming your Storm Grip (rubber flat, you called it) is in fine condition. It will work as an upper attack beyblade.
2....Is that Seaborg 2's? I don't think you've got the first Seaborg. If so, then Seaborg 2's AR could work (it might have smash in just left spin, though, I can't remember) It does have lots of recoil, though. Maybe try Storm Grip on it to help with that.
3 is okay, but I would suggest using Upper Dragoon as the AR instead. Wyborg's is probably okay, but Upper Dragoon is just much, much better.
And I've never had a Dranzer G, so I've got no clue about that one. EG's aren't very reliable, though.

i changed my first one cause the rubber was a bit worn, which in turn made me change most of them lol

Well the second combo is currently horrible. I would only use it for fun. In a tournament use Master Dragoon's AR instead.

His master dragoon was pretty good, IMO, anyway. Got him third place in out first meetup.
Besides, he's got Draciel F now, too, so he can make a defense combo as well.
