There are several things wrong with this post. This should've been posted in Ask a question, get an answer!, not in this forum (which is quite clearly for questions and comments ABOUT THE WBO, not BEYBLADE).
In addition, if you'd looked up this item on the board, you would see that yes, it is the same Libra.
