Time: Arrive @ 1:00 pm WIB sharp for registrations, introductions, rules overview, free play, sales/purchases
The tournament will begin @ 2:00 pm WIB - until finished
Location: Volkswagen Showroom, Jl. Jenderal Basuki Rachmat No. 86 (Jl. Kombes M.Duryat)

Format: Round Robin (Standard / Block) / Double Elimination (Depending on the turn-out)
Fees: USD. 5,- for entrance OR USD. 10,- to purchase a WBO passport (valid for 1 year). Current passport holders are free.
We are trying out a new venue, provided by one of our regulars (Mtwo). This time around it will be an air-conditioned indoor area, which will be nice.

Your friend is most certainly welcomed to join the tournament.
However, I can not active his account. He must do it himself via email when he signed up in the first place. Also, your friend is aware of the WBO fees ya? All information are on the OP.
