[FM-Metro Area, Lakes Region, MN] Bladers from Fargo to Detroit Lakes!! - gibsonmac - Nov. 18, 2011 Alright FM Bladers... it's time to get things rolling, officially, and get some organized play and tournaments scheduled regularly. This will be the 'staging' area for upcoming events where we can hammer out all the details, and make sure everybody knows what to expect, where to go and when to be there.. So, We will kick things off 'Officially' with an 'Unofficial' Tournament in a month from now, just to get everybody's feet wet, and hopefully get to see some new faces. This tournament will be held according with all WBO rules, Including the $5 entry fee. There will be minimum 3 BB-10 Stadiums, and one each of the Balance/Stamina Stadium for the tournament, and there will also be a Super Attack, Wide Square, Tornado, and an BeyTa for use during free play. Saturday December 17th, 1st Official, Unofficial Tournament
Paradox Gaming Room @2pm, with free play starting at Noon $5 entry fee Prizes for the top bracket, and random prize giveaways for everybody else... PM me with any questions, requests, and/or concerns RE: [FM-Metro Area, Lakes Region, MN] Bladers from Fargo to Detroit Lakes!! - Kai-V - Nov. 18, 2011 When you write "unofficial" and "will be held according with all WBO rules", are you actually planning to propose this and get it approved ? RE: [FM-Metro Area, Lakes Region, MN] Bladers from Fargo to Detroit Lakes!! - MaseMan - Nov. 19, 2011 Gibs!!! I'm in, I will destroy your beys hahaha!! RE: [FM-Metro Area, Lakes Region, MN] Bladers from Fargo to Detroit Lakes!! - gibsonmac - Nov. 19, 2011 Kai-V: No not necessarily, It is not really my end-game to get this 'unofficial' tourney processed, it's just mostly intended to be a 'dry-run' to get everybody used to the way things are done in the WBO, though I wouldn't mind sending in the results just to get used to doing so, make sure everything is done correctly/proper format, that sort of thing... It's more for practice and get everybody acquainted to each-other and the WBO format. Even if we get 8+ RSVP's I wasn't planning on trying to make it official or trying to get it approved, again just to give us a chance to make sure everything runs smoothly without a great deal of pressure on the players (or myself.. hah), I was going to treat it as an 'exhibition' type thing/community building activity... Unless you would recommend trying to get it approved in the event of a full turnout?? Mase the MOOSE Hey buddy, glade to see you FINALLY made it haha!!! Idk?? your tiger style is strong, but my PHANTOM style is stronger lol.. RE: [FM-Metro Area, Lakes Region, MN] Bladers from Fargo to Detroit Lakes!! - Kai-V - Nov. 19, 2011 It is just that we only allow approved tournaments to be advertised, so it is up to you what you want to do now ...
