This whole "place" doesn't make sense.
Unless you mean that this place will offer avatars for people.

Please edit the OP and tell them that this is a free-to-use avatar gallery.
Also note that avatars are 120x120 max.

I am no computer geek, so I don't know how to MAKE them, besides, I don't even have the right soft wear to do that sort of thing, and by the way, I actually edited the second avatar. (they aren't sig's)

I said it was Fan art... which is not allowed unless you have permission...

Try getting GIMP
