The whole thing says "shutterstock". So I think yes.
Also, the whole thing looks kind of bad to me. The text isn't that great (kind of stringy) and the colors are strange.

It says 'shutterstock'. He didn't even make the background himself, it's a flipped and probably op-tiled shutterstock photo. Derp moment.

I did not see that. Awkward moment. I'll fix it asap and the only thing I used premade was the lightning, and yeah, it was a shutterstock stock, rubbing out everything, but the lightning. The brush stroke and pentool line was self made

Absolutely Medz. The others look like a quick, slipshod job, while Medz looks quality, despite the clouds making it look very positive.

Let's see:
Taj12: The background is too simplistic, and so is the text. It looks bare overall.
Xlr8: There is too much going on in the background for my taste, and the text is very midevil looking. Except for the trademark symbol, which is so plain as to stand out.
Medz: I like the clouds and color, although the lightning is somewhat distracting. However, I like the way that the clouds change shade, and I like the font (Star Avenue?) and think you did a superb job overall.
My vote goes to Medz.

I don't really understand the clouds behind the text but I love the text so much it makes up for the distracting clouds. Good work. xD
