L Drago Destroy - Shabalabadoo - Oct. 09, 2011 yo mamma Wrote:Face: L Drago RE: L Drago Destroy - Samurai Changer - Oct. 09, 2011 why did you post this?????? RE: L Drago Destroy - Shabalabadoo - Oct. 09, 2011 ...why not? RE: L Drago Destroy - Kai-V - Oct. 09, 2011 I think officially it is called "PC & PVC Core", and you can put "PVC" in the description instead of "a rubber compound", perhaps. It might be slightly relevant to write about how it is highly probable that, for the first time, "L Drago" appears at the beginning of the name because of the lack of Clear Wheel and also the different placement of the PC (& PVC) part. RE: L Drago Destroy - Shabalabadoo - Oct. 09, 2011 Hmm, box just says core. Should I still put that? PVC is the rubber material, right? Hmm, I'm contemplating putting that in the overall or the Metal Wheel section... But I have no clue. Maybe fit it in after where I wrote that there is no clear wheel? RE: L Drago Destroy - Jaygrazer - Oct. 09, 2011 Face: L Drago The Face on this Beyblade depicts a Dragon, Draco, one of the 88 constellations in space. This version of the L Drago Face is the third, and has a slightly more complex design than it's predecessors. 4D Metal Wheel: L Drago Destroy Weight: 43.93 grams The L Drago Destroy 4D Metal Wheel is composed of a Metal Frame and a Core, and because of this divided Metal Wheel, L Drago Destroy has no Clear Wheel. The Metal Frame goes on the top and takes the place of where the L Drago Clear Wheel would normally be, while the Core goes on the bottom and takes the place of where the Metal Wheel would normally be. L Drago Destroy is shaped similarly to the previous Beyblades in the L Drago series; it is shaped as three Dragon heads, but is much wider, has large gaps between each head, and is significantly heavier than each of the former L Drago Beyblades. The L Drago series is known for having ferocious attack power, and in many opinions, L Drago Destroy's attack power exceeds that of Lightning L Drago. L Drago Destroy has two modes, which can be switched between exactly like Lightning L Drago and Meteo L Drago. By disassembling the Face and Metal Wheel, and rotating the Metal Frame, you can choose between "Attack Mode" and "Absorb Mode". Attack mode is when plastic on the Core is exposed in between each Dragon head on the Metal Frame, and Absorb Mode is when Rubber on the Core is exposed in between each Dragon head on the Metal Frame. Like the L Drago II Clear Wheel, L Drago Destroy is capable of stealing and equalizing spin speed, except to a lesser extent. Use in Attack Customization The difference in performance between the two modes is not huge, but most consider Attack Mode to be superior in terms of Attacking power. BD145 is almost identical in size to L Drago Destroy, which makes MF L Drago Destroy BD145LRF a solid, reliable Customization that has found it's place among the top Metal Fight Beyblade Attackers. Metal Frame Weight: 38.45 grams The Metal Frame of L Drago Destroy makes up most of the Metal Wheel's weight. It is a darker shade of gray than other Metal parts in Beyblade, and it's design is of three long Dragon heads, each of which have an identical flame design on them. It sits on top of the Core, and provides most of the Smash Attack for L Drago Destroy. This Metal Frame is only compatible with the Core of this 4D Metal Wheel. Core Weight: 5.73 grams The Core of L Drago Destroy is made of Polycarbonate plastic and rubber, therefore it is very light. This light weight is not detrimental to this Metal Wheel because of the heavy weight of the Metal Frame, and that it allows for a Mode Change, as described previously. On this Core are six protrusions that alternate plastic and a rubber compound, equaling 3 plastic protrusions and 3 rubber protrusions. The core only sticks out past the Metal Frame between the three Dragons, so most contact is made with the Metal Frame. This reduces the spin stealing ability this Beyblade has, but it is still evident. This Core is only compatible with the Metal Frame of this 4D Metal Wheel. 4D Bottom: Final Survive Weight: 5.73 grams 4D Bottoms are a Track and Bottom combined, and all have the gimmick of a dynamic Mode Change. F is no exception, and works similar to F from Big Bang Pegasis, where there are two tabs near the top that extend and retract depending on the spin speed of the Beyblade. The tabs extend when there is a high spin speed, and retract when there is a low spin speed. This allows for two Bottoms to be used in one battle, in this case starting with Hole Flat and ending with Sharp. Where F and F differ however, is how the Bottoms are switched, and what Bottoms are switched between. F starts a battle with the inner Bottom (Semi Flat) extending, and ends the battle with the outer Bottom (Rubber Flat) extending; whereas F starts a battle with the outer Bottom (Hole Flat) extending, and ends the battle with the inner Bottom (Sharp) extending. This makes F go from an Attacking pattern to a non moving Stamina Bottom, in an attempt at an outspin. The added Stamina from F' Mode Change would seem like an advantage, but the unbalanced nature of the Sharp series and the mediocre Attack of Hole Flat make F a useless part, more so than using each Bottom individually. Other Versions L Drago Destroy DF105LRF Gold Armoured Ver. - WBBA Exclusive (Gold) Overall Being the fourth installment to the L Drago series, L Drago Destroy has a lot to live up to. It exceeds expectations in this aspect because of it's proficient Smash Attack. The 4D Bottom F is a let down, but is still a unique and inventive gimmick nonetheless. All Attack Bladers should get their hands on what many consider the Lightning L Drago upgrade, L Drago Destroy. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Over all okay, just: -Labeling 4D -Does the FD vs FS comparison deserve it's own section verseus having it in the FS section? -Fixed it to where instead of Attack it's attack power -The entire core is visible. Changed to "in between" I hope its good, its my first time doing this sooo... yeah.... RE: L Drago Destroy - Shabalabadoo - Oct. 09, 2011 Hmm, it's correct without the "power" stuff, as well as the "between" stuff. Figuring the rubber stuff out now. I think the F and F comparison is fine there. I don't think it'd be good to have another section just for that. I'll add the word 4D, haha. RE: L Drago Destroy - Jaygrazer - Oct. 09, 2011 Thanks. I still don't like the attack and visible part, because the ENITRE core is visible. If you wanted to use that, make it to where it says something like this: "LDD's core protusion is visble from a birds-eye view." Because what happens when Im look from below? XD And the rubber because the core is composed of not only PC, but of rubber. Hence comes absorb mode? Also power because Im going:"Attack? Attack what?!" RE: L Drago Destroy - Kai-V - Oct. 09, 2011 (Oct. 09, 2011 3:13 AM)Shabalabadoo Wrote: Hmm, box just says core. Should I still put that? PVC is the rubber material, right? Admittedly I had difficulty finding where I had even seen that "PC & PVC Core", and I finally did : Toys 'R' Us Japan lists the parts of BB-108 as : "Metal Frame; PC, PVC Core; etc." This must have been the first instance of seeing a name for the part. If the box really just calls it "Core", although it is boring and that it does not explain anything, I suppose we can just keep it. Yes, PVC is the rubber material used by TAKARA-TOMY for essentially all rubber items in Metal Fight Beyblade. Not OverallĂ‚Â. It would indeed fit where you are writing about the lack of Clear Wheel, but it is also not such an important information that it would deserve to make the paragraph longer. Therefore, you could even just put it at the end of the Metal Wheel description, before the sub-sections of the Metal Frame and Core. RE: L Drago Destroy - Shabalabadoo - Oct. 09, 2011 Changed the thing about rubber, and added the name thing right before the use in attack section. Thank you very much! RE: L Drago Destroy - Dan - Oct. 09, 2011 DONT U DARE CONATCT HIM OR ULL B IN TROUBLE WITH MEEEEEEEE> yo quickest upload to beywiki ever :V lets see if i can help edit.. Edit: naw, reads good. RE: L Drago Destroy - Shabalabadoo - Oct. 09, 2011 haha, yeah that's why i wrote if anyone had objections XD RE: L Drago Destroy - Dan - Oct. 09, 2011 I like it. I see the style you put on the final sentence (overall), which is cool, but it sort of bothers me just because I am so used to having "Every Blader should own at least one of this beyblade" sort of thing ending it off.. :V RE: L Drago Destroy - Futomos - Oct. 09, 2011 You do know that BeybladeStation already has an L-Drago Destroy draft, right? Maybe you should work together like when BBS and Dan worked together on the Vari Ares article, no? It got ridiculous last time and I don't want to bother with arguing. RE: L Drago Destroy - Dan - Oct. 09, 2011 I was going to make a joke along the lines of "YOU JUST ADDED A COUPEL POINTS TO BBS' ARTICLE Y DIDNT YOU JUST ASK HIM 2 MAKE CHANGES?!!!!!!' You're right, maybe adding some spice would help. RE: L Drago Destroy - Dan - Oct. 09, 2011 I realized, I had to compensate for it by posting a joke. Especially since the whole copying thing has been resolved. =/ Be careful when you edit, I can see a few grammatical errors in your post there. Dude I think it'd be nice if you add in MF L Drago DestroyGB145. GB145 can too, lessen recoil if the person does not have MF/H kit. Also, what about the rest of the stickers? Too hard to put it in? Lol use a tweezer, that helps. RE: L Drago Destroy - Shabalabadoo - Oct. 09, 2011 I'm sorry, but I honestly don't see one thing that you corrected correctly other than capitalizing the word "Bottom", which I had already done. --------- R, GB145 isn't too good actually. From what I have tested (and I tested a lot), it just hinders it's smash. I don't want to put the rest of the stickers. RE: L Drago Destroy - Pimpju - Oct. 09, 2011 BBS, most of those changes don't make sense. Previous doesn't have to refer to the one directly preceding the current. I.e, the previous 3 beyblades, the previous models, the previous meals. |
