I'd like to cast my vote to entry 1. Although it's complex and has a lot to it, it draws my attention away from the other sigs and directs it at the figure in the focal point of the sig. And that's something I look for.

2: I'm not sure why, but this one didn't really spark for me. It was OK I guess (I should talk...) but everything was just...plain? Can't put my finger on it.
3: AH! TOO BRIGHT! Well, that and the text got swallowed up by the effect It was cool, but it was also its demise.
4: Not sure I liked the idea of red with the Hulk. He was green, right? The color throw-off made this loose my vote.

Imma vote entry 1 as well. The focus is much better done, and the background both complements and doesn't interfere with the focus on the render in the center.
3 looked nice, but it was way too bright. Turn down the Glow/Concert effect, and it would be a lot better. Like Sparta said about 4, red was overpowering green, and having the direct contrast of deep dark red against Hulk green didn't look too good. 2 was just meh, it didn't catch my eye nor did it make me go 'eurgh' with disgust. It wasn't bad, but nothing special either.
Therefore, I affirm the resolution: "Entry 1 is the best entry out of the four different entries provided." My value for this round is... I kid, I kid.
