starter brings a ripcord and launcher and is better,booster is bad

But a booster does not come with a launcher and ripcord.

"And is better?" What does that mean?
Some starters have different parts than the booster. You should read the package carefully. Pegasis 105F includes the 105 Track and F (Flat) Bottom. Pegasis 145D includes the 145 Track and D (Defense) Bottom.
