AMV Tournament No. 2! - Cygnus - Sep. 22, 2011
I've decided to hold the second AMV Tournament!
Same rules as last time, but this time I've decided to do it in the same way as the Graphic Tournament. Its going to be a block round robin. I will have about 4 blocks, depending on the amount of participants.
This will be a completely freestyle tournament. There will be a time limit of 1:00 to 1:45, so people don't lose interest.
