Number one: Red, matches Zero, the lettering looks good. Zero looks cool, too.
Number two: All one color, which looks cool, brings back memories of when Megaman used to be on 4Kids(?).
Overall, however, I think entry one looks better. The cutting seems better, because I can still see white (or as close as you can get) around the lower Megaman. And, Zero just fits on the background better.

Entry 1 is more appealing, yet too bright. the second entry is the revers of it, too dark

Entry 1 has a light source and is more appealing as DeX stated but it has no flow and the text is too big.
Entry 2 has some flow but has not light source at all
so i choose Entry 1

Entry 1 seem very intersting
while entry 2 seem is a good aswell.

im not a large fan of megaman but i love the battle network series in witch entry 2 uses, not only that but the darkness makes a good effect with the dark and grey lines that kinda reminds me of vampire knight for some strange reason. no 1 looks too bright for me and im not used to it with megaman being red and all (im not even sure that is megaman at the moment).

I like Entry 1. Entry 2 wasn't too impressive. To the person who made Entry 1, though, where it says "ZERO MEGAMAN", shouldn't it be "MEGAMAN ZERO"? Zero is a Megaman...
