Thanks for the videos, now we now that Lighting L Drago has a smashing capability that will at least make it into a tier 2 and if someone tests it with 90RF, I have my hopes on it being carried into the tier 1...

Keep in mind that in those videos, LL Drago was using HF rather than the RF on the Storm customs.

Well, we are thinking of it as a pure attacker, so the idea of outspinning the opponent is not the most desired between it and OHKO as we are in search for better wheels that can beat good defense customizations ranking in the tier of Libra variations with a better win ratio...
Additionally, it didn't win by outspinning its opponent in those videos...

Yes it is and its Takara-tomy's new way of nerfing good types as Libra and RF has turned the game into a "Circle Upper+GFCUV" domination...

When has that ever not been the case, though? In every game, be it Beyblade or Yu-Gi-Oh! or whatever, there are always items that stand at the top and lesser items underneath them. MFB is incredibly balanced as it is right now, so I don't see it as them trying to correct something as much as them trying to keep it balanced.

I see MFB as being balanced. Except for defense types. Once a Rubber Ball comes out then it will be balanced.

Alakazam was a pretty good special sweeper until new games came along and brought Azelf, who wasn't banned from normal play but still did all Alakazam did and more.

What's the main difference between Lightning L-Drago and L-Drago? It is just the Lightning Wheel, or is it something else? Does L-Drago solely come in 105F or does it also have the 100HF? I'm asking because I've seen a L-Drago with a 100HF and I was wondering if it was Lightning L.

It's a completely different line-up of parts and it's a new system :
BB-23 L-Drago 105F
BB-43 Lightining L-Drago 100HF
