Rate My Pokemon Team - Cucckoo - Sep. 05, 2011
I've recently gotten back into competitive battling so I built a very rusty team.
May I get advice from you guys? Thanks for the help.
PS-This is a team for D/P/Pt/Hg/Ss
PSS-This is my first RMT so constructive criticism is fine

Gengar-->Lead

Timid Nature
Levitate
Taunt
Shadow Ball
Thunder Bolt
Focus Blast
I simply adore my Gengar. She ruins fellow SR Leads with Taunt, then proceeds to attacking. Metagross can say bye with a Focus Blast. Azelf is slower than Gengar and I can proceed with a Shadow Ball.

I let Foretress set down my spikes. Gotta admire that totally wicked resistance to everything but Fire. Foretress does his thing then switches out. If he must attack, Gyro Ball will deal hefty damage. Explosion is there when my opponent is going to knock me down to low health or if I'm there already.

Blissey is a classic special wall. Scoring a base 255 HP stat and 135 Sp.Def, she is a force to be reckoned with. Blissey also helps Foretress with his poor Sp.Def and he helps Blissey with her horrific Def. She can also take any Ghost type moves aimed for Gengar.

Bulky Gyarados is my way to go. Lucario can be resisted(barely)and Intimidate can help deal with those other physical sweepers(cough...Machamp...cough). After 2 Dragon Dances I am off my way to 6-0.

Rapid Spin
Choice Specs Starmie kick those Dragons' butts. Ice Beam will KO those super effected to Ice. Surf is a nice strong STAB. T-Bolt will destroy those Gyarados trying to attempt a sweep. Rapid Spin can remove hazards.

Flygon is my revenge killer and scouter. Outrage and Earthquake are two amazingly powerful STABs. Fire Blast is for Scizors that manage to kill a Pokemon. U-Turn is to scout or to quickly pick off anything not worth my other moves.

Wow I am surprised that this has not been shut down. You need to tweak this, maybe say " post your best team". I don't really know though, but all that I know is that if you keep this thread the way it is I am pretty sure its going to get shut down.
