It doesn't have to be. He created this for other WBO members to have a general chat. It's not necessarily a part of the WBO.

He can make any other chats.It's not official.Same as that chat Electric created.This should be in Your Creations Forum.

Hmmm, good point. Well i guess i'll ask a mod to move it! But yeah, it's not an official chat, just a place where people can come and talk

I think it's a good idea, because you can just chat about anything, not even beyblade related (Pokemon, Video games. etc.).
