People are already creating teams and outside of Australia and the United Kingdom, those teams already do nothing together or alone. If there is not enough activity in the thread for your region, then just accept it, and wait until hopefully more people come and there is enough interest for a tournament in your area. So you do not understand how you start tournaments in regions without previous tournaments first with people, then with more people, then with even more people, and after several months and many tournaments, then you can start thinking about doing "team tournaments" ? Logically, if you do not even have enough people in a region to do a tournament already, then you do not have enough teams in a region to do a "team tournament" either ...
