So someone is trying to sell me BB codes for online for 50 cents a piece using paypal. So how do I do this?

You go to your Paypal account, and you send the agreed amount to his Paypal address either as a gift or you mark it down as payment for an order or service.
This has nothing to do with the World Beyblade Organization ...
