My Hypothesis is that Bull Makes Storm have more attack and stamina because of Bull's weight. So it lasts longer. 100 makes it low for more attack power. SD Controls the spin like S.

This doesn't have proper testing and if you used custom Perseus and Horgolium it doesn't mean much.

Uncustomized beys need nothing, and the minimum amount of testing rounds is 20. Plus, Storm is near useless.
