well i yesturday i had ordered a pegasis starter mfb,a bull starter mfb, and a leone booster mfb. are these good beyblades?

As for your question, Leone is a good choice, for the D bottom, but Bull and Pegasis are both outclassed by much better blades now.
edit: never mind, I thought Leone was a starter, the booster isn't that good.
Overall, this isn't the best purchase you can make right now...
