Everything else is illegal for play. Anything that isn't made for Beyblading decreases a Beyblade's true performance and overall meaning. There's no point in Beyblading if you can't use a 'blade the way it was intended to be used.

no store sells them outside of East Asia. We all had to buy them online. Unfortunately that is the only option available.

Use paypal. Here are your simple instructions:
1) Find a bank that supports savings accounts for minors (age 17 or younger).
2) Create an account, deposit your money, and write down your account/routing number.
3) Create a paypal account.
4) Add a bank account to your paypal account. Enter the account/routing number in the fields provided.
5) Transfer funds from your bank account to your paypal account. Generally, this takes a minimum of 5 days.
6) Purchase from any site that supports Paypal (just about every site)

You're 15. you should be able to do this kind of stuff, easily. Look into sending a money order to Toywiz, or one of the many online stores we have listed.
If you can't buy a stadium then this thread isn't necessary.
