Sharpen your pencil more and concentrate on the small detail in the end (trust me its the truth) the small details makes it look better and makes you a better drawer, if i knew how to upload id show you my kakashi as a starter for you to get better. Any way i like it and i hope to see more

Eyebrows, nose, lips, and more are ruins of the real Itachi.
It does look like a girl. And worst than that = unknown gender
