I was on Beyblade.com and I saw an advertisment for the 2011 world championship, so I clicked it and it proceded to tell me to enter my DOB, so I did and then a window popped up saying that I'm not eligible because I'm too old!
you have to be older then 8 and younger then 13. this is why the BBA made me sad...

This is exactly why the World Beyblade Organization exists. The only thing we cannot really afford is paying for people to fly for a championship.
