1. find some ppl
2. get them to make accounts
3. learn the rules of tournaments
once u have done that
make a proper thread ( look at some of the official threads we have)
get 8 ppl
try to make it official

Your new alright you havent been to a tournament or hosted one how woukd people know if this tournament would even go on
