They will. The beyblades are already out in Japan and the show will be out on Sunday I think but we'll have to wait a while before it reaches Canada. It's pretty much all over the website, you could've read a few threads and found out. ^^;
Still, if you're new then you should make an introductory thread so we know a bit about you and can welcome you properly and stuff. XD

Yes. The new beyblade series, Metal Fight Beyblade (toys) were released in Japan in August 2008. And the anime will be starting in Japan this Sunday on April 5th. Though the new series will not yet be released until 2010 worlwide including Canada.
But yeah this should have been asked in the Ask A Question, Get an Answer Part 2 thread.
