Compact MFBs - Giga - Mar. 30, 2009 Or something To continue the discussion from Ask a Question... RE: Compact MFBs - Rocky - Mar. 30, 2009 Leone D125/W145 D/WB then? Leone/Libra D125SF Leone/Libra 100SF And I think you mean WD145 RE: Compact MFBs - Bey Brad - Mar. 30, 2009 It's Libra. Despite its width, it's by far the heaviest and roundest. RE: Compact MFBs - Rocky - Mar. 30, 2009 I meant whichever one came with Escolpio. ^^; Brad....aren't we trying to think of things that [i]don'tp/i] rely on Libra? Plus although Libra is heavier and would probably win, Leone has centered weight......so I think it stands a chance? RE: Compact MFBs - Crimson - Mar. 30, 2009 I'm thinking CH120 would be a useful part. Its lower than D125, and heavier. RE: Compact MFBs - fragbait - Mar. 30, 2009 I claim ownership of this thread. The original question was mine! XD Anyway, I think that a very heavy blade would be good for this. Stamina, RPMS and stopping power. I don't know what good heavy parts are. And what so you mean by stopping power? RE: Compact MFBs - Rocky - Mar. 30, 2009 I think he meant the power to deflect attacks? RE: Compact MFBs - Kei - Mar. 30, 2009 As I mentioned in the Leone article, Leone is probably the best Wheel for Compacts right now and with the impending release of the Metal Face, this will become even more prevalent. Even though Libra's weight is not as centralized as Leone's, because it is the heaviest Wheel currently available, also makes it a viable option for MFB Compacts. RE: Compact MFBs - FOOF! - Mar. 30, 2009 my best compact is leone105d basic but strong RE: Compact MFBs - fragbait - Mar. 30, 2009 Stopping power meaning attack deflection and the power to reduce spins and RPMs RE: Compact MFBs - Bey Brad - Mar. 30, 2009 (Mar. 30, 2009 10:35 PM)fragbait Wrote: Stopping power meaning attack deflection and the power to reduce spins and RPMs Reduce spins AND RPMs? Wow! Seriously Leone's recoil is too high to make a viable compact. RE: Compact MFBs - fragbait - Mar. 30, 2009 I just realized the redundancy of that statement. What does everyone think of using Wolf the wheel? RE: Compact MFBs - Aqua - Mar. 30, 2009 (Mar. 30, 2009 11:43 PM)fragbait Wrote: What does everyone think of using Wolf the wheel? I'd say no. RE: Compact MFBs - NAP - Mar. 30, 2009 Anubis seems to be a fan of the Wolf wheel, but I see it having no uses so far. Rock Leone: Metal Wheel = 32g Clear Wheel = 4g Total = 36g Leone = 38g Libra = 43g So Rock Leone is actually lighter than both Leone and Libra. I like the Wolf Wheel because it's small and fun to use and works well with SF bottom. I know it is useless against Libra. MFB compacts are simply not viable right now. They just aren't. With the lack of a weight disk, it's impossible to seriously change the maximum rotation speed of a certain Wheel. Yeah, agreed. Wolf is the closest to a Balance we have right now, it's not too great. RE: Compact MFBs - Sega - Mar. 31, 2009 Does anyone feel that Libra is just too powerful compared to the others? I think its a design flaw done by Takara, the blades too heavy and circular and could easily destroy the other blades, and now with the Hybrid Blades being lighter is there any real point in getting any other Wheels? Just chucking it out there... RE: Compact MFBs - fragbait - Mar. 31, 2009 So yea or nay wolf? |
