Ive used this site for a while and thought it would be a good one to share. Its made for PSPs/iPods but you can also view the downloaded vids on a computer. Basically, it lets you search youtube vids and download them in mp4 format in high or low quality.

Check Crackle (at www.crackle.com) if you want a Video site that you can download videos directly to your PSP, it's also on the PSP's RSS feed.
