I think he meant to say that all he really did was use Filters.
To be honest, it looks kind of bad and overdone, assuming it's just an edited photograph of a Dragoon G.

hmmm...tbh, it does look a little overdone. Too many filters. And I'm not really liking the positioning of that red light sorry.... but it doesn't look too bad at all
Maybe try using less filters next time.

I think the red light could be focused more from the corner pointing at the blade but I really like the filters on the blade itself.
