This is my first HMS Custom that i've made, but here are the parts....just leave a score out of 10 and why, and tell me which part is better.

I'm looking for a strong AR, but i only have these HMS blades....

Well, it depends. What kind of combo are you trying to make?
But I would say that Advance Averazer's AR is probably the stongest.

If you want an Attack based custom, use this:
AR: DJ Spiker (Wyvern DJ)
WD: Circle Wide (Dragoon MS)
RC: Grip Flat Core (Dragoon MS)
Concept: Smash Attack
