BB-120 Ultimate Bey Ta Stadium. The topic title is clear. It comes with a prototype Beyblade that only acts as the spinning Beyblade from all Bey Ta Go machines in Japan, and as far as I know it cannot be launched.

Personally, I hope the actual Nemesis Beyblade is very different from that, and that this one is a huge, primary prototype that almost looks nothing like the final design.

Besides, if they would'v actually designed it to have a face bolt attached anyway, the rough textured area there would scratch it up horribly.

So, the spinning center seems to attract it, and makes it spin a lot on its own.
Then, it can get sent away to 'attack', or remain in the centre.

This is just speculation, but all that I could really think of that could to that was a magnet.
That little red dot being a pretty strong magnet, and a magnet in the prototype nemesis. The switch spins the magnet and then the beyblade? And that's why it'd be attracted to the centre?
I think that's the only logical conclusion.
