RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - Tyler Le - Sep. 14, 2011

It has such big gap. at first I thought It was screw attached to Big Bang. This wheel looks cool though.

And, Thank you Kai-V for great information as usual.

I believe this is the point. Also, looking at the comparison pic, Death goes down to cover the spintrack as well as upward meaning that it may have the potential for some good low hits and that the gap is at the perfect height to catch other MWs on equal height tracks but that it will likely have terrible balance issues.

I cannot wrap my mind around a Beyblade that can literally grapple and thrash an opponent top like a pit bull on a rooster, without complicated or precision design. How can such a conclusion be made?

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - Serotonin - Sep. 14, 2011

I agree that that would be a difficult gimmick to design well, and it seems too dangerous as well - surely its massive thickness is its defining feature? However, we all know MFB designs have been notoriously rebellious in terms of conforming to any preconceptions we have.

In the past, such gaps have had this effect, albeit rarely. This bey looks to be practically designed for it though.

Cool! I thought that it was stacking Big Bang with Death... But then I realised... THAT THING IS THICK!
Oh, and is there a set date when this is rerleased?

Apparently October 21st, but it is not completely confirmed.

It kind of reminds me of a bey from team Australia from the original Beyblade. I also imagined a bey kind of like this. I really want this!

The Metal Wheel on the right is Death.
Geez, it looks like they just tacked Big Bang on there because they couldn't think of anything else... What is the MW on the left?

I do not know about the precision you are speaking of, just because it is so thick could actually mean a flaw in design. As Basalt was released, if this wheel even touches over the 45 Gram sideline, there must be some sort of proposed counter dilemma involved with it, ie: Basalt's Staircase of Death.

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - Annoying-Fork - Sep. 15, 2011

I..... Just think WE ALL (me too, yes...) should stop this speculation now before another locking commences.

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - BeybladeStation - Sep. 15, 2011

I really was not throwing put a speculation, rather I was making an observation, and translating it into how and what negatives come about.

Still, I was quite confused on why they used such a peculiar design as such to Big Bang. Also, as <3 mentioned, there would be to coming out a defining feature.

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - Annoying-Fork - Sep. 15, 2011

Okay so we just throw out observations, that's fine.

At this point I am very interested in the clear wheel. People can probably do crazy customs with that.

They write "Phantom Orion" somewhere below it, but it is not obvious whether it is being written in the context of the picture above. Plus, with the orange colour that can be seen, perhaps it is the Quetzalcoatl Wheel ?

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - Cookie Monster - Sep. 15, 2011

I'm kind of affraid about this beyblade. I guess it'll be easy to lose balance after being hit by other bey and then it'll prolly lose speed and... Well, it's what came first to my mind after seeing the pic. It's incredibly low, the Metal Wheel. I shouldn't speculate, it's too early to assume anything just from one pic.

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - TenshouTsubasa - Sep. 15, 2011

I'm guessing- with such large gapes and a fragile design like that, will it be easily loose or crack into pieces?

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - Kai-V - Sep. 15, 2011

I really should not speculate like that, but perhaps there is such a huge gap in Death so that the upper part can rotate ...

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - MilitoTheMan - Sep. 16, 2011

Or maybe the Pc Frame stick's out of the gap or something in that style
