The pictures were somehow put on TAKARA-TOMY's site way too early, so they are the official pictures, and we never see the Beyblade's Bottom in such images. The official pictures are out, not the parts pictures.

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - BeybladeStation - Oct. 04, 2011

How would you be so sure about that? Scythe's Clear Wheel is high up too..

This is just my perspective and speculation
The clear wheel doesn't have to break that easily cause it looks like since it's a double metal wheel the top looks like a metal frame which protects the bey from damage.
This how Kronos is protected from breakage because of the pc frame

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - KingCobraRJ - Oct. 04, 2011

I am rly rly excited!!! I want to see what this new bey can do. I mean I could see a few flaws but you rly can't say unless you have it. It kinda looks like Big Bang Pegasus and Sythe Kronos with alittle jade jupiter painted yellow with a cool sticker bolt. I have a few questions too. How much does it weight, size, and what is its main type attack or defence?

Obviously neither of the first two questions will be answered before Death Quetzalcoatl actually gets released.

Its type is most likely Balance.

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - P@RADISE - Oct. 04, 2011

thanks for clearing up the mystery, I also thought it might be a Balance type after reading the article about Balance in WBO wiki. It's saying Balance is a combination of attack, defense and stamina--then I look at this bey's design as well and considered it as balance.

On attack mode, does anybody think of the screw wheel?

I would guess Kai_V would also probably tell you that the Metal frame on attack mode looks nothing like the screw wheel.

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - TimelessOne - Oct. 04, 2011

Me too. It looks nothing like Screw.

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - beyclasherbash1 - Oct. 04, 2011

Well, the slopes on the side would but with many more.

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - Annoying-Fork - Oct. 04, 2011

I feel like Death would be more fitting for Crown, since it looks like a crown....

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - beyclasherbash1 - Oct. 04, 2011

I really hope this attack mode really attacks cause' unlike on scythe and phantom.

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - P@RADISE - Oct. 05, 2011

the yellow color on the clear wheel seems to match with the B:D bottom. anyone agrees?

Hah, exactly what I was thinking as well!

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - Azim1999 - Oct. 06, 2011

it looks sick but does it perform well ??

RDF ... if it worn out in any way like the rf no point of getting it

man i need a lf

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - Annoying-Fork - Oct. 06, 2011

Yeah well let's just pray Takara took advantage of stronger materials this time. I sure hope it is denser and harder.

Edit:

Superior and rugged materials even in rubbers do exist, obviously.

That notion is rediculous. It's made of rubber. Rubber wears out.

WOW. Dude rubber wears down no matter what, sorry it's just a way of life.

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - Akai Shizuku - Oct. 06, 2011

This Bey looks really cool, but is anyone else disappointed that it isn't a Hasbro Legend HWS version of Quetzalcoatl 90WF?

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - th!nk - Oct. 06, 2011

Also, no one needs lf, it's one of the worst parts in mfb. Makes a cool noise but is basically useless otherwise.

We won't know how it'll perform until it is released and someone tests it.

I like this bey, don't know why, but if I ever get back into mfb, it'll be top of my list... Shame takara didn't make metal frames interchangeable, but oh well.

Not really. Hasbro Legend Doom Quetzalcoatl will come out soonish now that we have the clear wheel I'm sure, it's not as if the two are mutually exclusive.

You do have a point. Hasbro waits for Takara to design the clear wheels?

RE: BB-119 Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF - Dracomageat - Oct. 06, 2011

There's nothing that actively says that they do but no Hasbro bey yet has been a brand new design, has it? The best they've ever done is modify a metal wheel to fit a clear wheel.
I'd say that, with Death Quetz coming out, our chances of the legend version have increased greatly.
