When I post under my picture it says warning 0%. What does this mean and how can I raise the percentage?

Umm I don't think you needed a thread for this but it is your warning level for if you break forum rules. You will be given warnings each time you break a rule and you don't want to raise your warning level because it can lead to you getting banned xD . It's all in the rules section if you read it.
