Please put a space after commas and periods, it makes it look much better. Also fix some of the line-breaks.
Might want to take out stealing in "spin stealing/equalizing properties", equalizing should be good enough.
Under Metal Wheel:Meteo "while the another three," switch another to other. Also fix spelling error "Protusion.
Under Use in Attack Customization "One of the best attack combo" add an "s" to the end of combo.
Under Use in Balance Customization "Meteo can be utilized to be used", take out the to be used
Under Track: Left Wing "This feature is somehow similar" get rid of the somehow or make it somewhat.
Under Bottom: Left Flat "having the almost similar properties" get rid of "the almost". Also make the "It's" "Its" to show ownership not It is.

For the L Drago II CW-
The rubber reduces Smash Attack, but its effect is quite prominent. MLD has NEVER had good Smash because its an extremely light wheel, and even when it actually manages to smash into beys, the rubber gets in the way. 
Correct the spelling of protrusions in the LF part.
Also, ♥ has mentioned before that we mustn't call LF a plastic version of LRF, as it was probably released before it. Comparing it to R²F is what you must do.
In the Overall section, as I said earlier, MLD has no uses is Smash Attack whatsoever...
The famous MF MLD CH120XF is nothing but a superb spin steal combo, which may KO things with its amazing speed. But, it usually depends on Tornado Stalling, and making the Defense/Stamina bey at the center go low on stamina. So, its not a Smash Attack combo.
EDIT- Actually, the first post on this page by Ga mentions the same thing. Wonder why you didn't edit it then...

Sorry for the double post,but I made a few more edits and added the RBV9 versions in the article.I also cleaned up the Meteo section a little bit.I have a question to ask here.Should I mention about the shape of protrusions on Meteo?Like the jaws appear when it is on Barrage Mode?

Clear Wheel: L-Drago II

L- Drago II features three Dragon-heads which cover three of the six protrusions of Meteo at all times, which allows for a mode change similar to Lightning L- Drago. By removing L Drago II from Meteo, rotating it 180 degrees, and placing it back on Meteo, there are two modes; Assault Mode and Barrage Mode. The modes are easily recognizable by the protrusions on Meteo, and which ones stick out. In Assault Mode, the silver coloured protrusions become more prominent; and in Barrage Mode, the gold coloured protrusions become more prominent. Because of these Mode Changes, L Drago II can only be used with Meteo.
The clear wheel is made of 50% hard rubber, and lines the circumference of the Clear Wheel. The rubber provides great spin-equalizing properties for battles against right-spin beyblades. It also provides a bit of Defense as it is good at absorbing hits, however as a whole, Meteo L Drago is very light and can't exhibit the same defense as Top Tier Defense Wheels. The rubber does lower the Smash Attack, but it is almost negligible. As the problem with Lightning L Drago, the Clear Wheel seems to get in the way of the metal wheel at times while attacking.
Metal Wheel: Meteo
Weight: 28.31 grams
The Meteo Metal Wheel has six protrusions, three of them are Assault mode, while the other three, Barrage Mode. The modes are easily recognized by the color of the protrusions. Silver for Assault, while Gold for Barrage. As L- Drago II is only compatible with Meteo, Meteo is only compatible with L- Drago II. Barrage Mode is better in terms of spin- equalizing.
Use in Attack Customizations:-
One of the best Attack Combos using Meteo is MF Meteo L-Drago CH120XF. CH120 should be used at 145 height against Attack and Stamina types, while 120 for Defence types.
Use in Balance Customizations:-
Meteo can be utilized in the combo MF Meteo L-Drago 85CS.
Track: Left Wing 105
Weight: 1.5 grams
LW105 has three wings facing downwards, in left direction. This feature is somewhat similiar to DF145/105, however, the effects are negligible, thus, outclassed by 85/90/100/BD145(when paired with Lightning and Gravity)/CH120/R145.
Bottom: Left Flat
Weight: 0.71
LF has similiar properties to R2F, but is made out of plastic and its prortusions are facing to the left. Its star shape features six protrusions facing to the left, when viewed from top. The shape of LF is designed for Left Spin Beyblades, as more grip is made to the Stadium when using LF on a Left Spin Wheel, than on a Right Spin Wheel. LF has the same setbacks as most other Plastic Flat Bottoms, because of its low grip to the stadium and inability to retain a Flower pattern with the Sliding Shoot technique. As such, it is outclassed by RF/R2F/XF and LRF.

Although LW105 and LF are outclassed parts, Meteo and L-Drago II have use in Spin Stealing, however, as the metagame evolves, Meteo and L-Drago II are no longer useful. Because of that, there is "Little to no competitive reason to purchase this Beyblade".

Left Wing 105 features three wings facing downwards. The negligible effects produced by this gimmick combined with the sub-optimal 105 height make this track outclassed by other low tracks such as 85, 90 and 100.
Bottom: Left Flat
Weight: 0.71
Left Flat is a flat, star-shaped Bottom with six branches twisting counter clockwise and a slightly elevated perimeter. While the star shape creates more grip and traction, especially in left spin, the sunken center combined with its plastic material makes it incapable of comparing with the rubber flat variants RF, R²F or LRF, or even the more consistent XF and MF. Therefore, this part is outclassed.
Overall:
Meteo L-Drago LW105LF contains two completely outclassed parts, LW105 and LF. Its Metal and Clear Wheel, Meteo L-Drago, while still retaining uses in niche attack customs, has been rendered almost obsolete by the advent of many 4D Metal Wheels. There is little reason to buy this Beyblade outside of collection purposes.
I made another version. I'd personally use it whole (obviously), but if not, at least change the Face section. Referring the change of Face bolt color as the first difference between both versions is nonsensical at best.
Also, a lot of people were debating the usefulness of CH145 (or lack thereof), so including it is likely a mistake. Your balance type has also been put down by other members quite a few times. Maybe more test would be necessary before including it in. However, with the current metagame, I doubt it would fare well.
On the other hand, if anyone finds anything inaccurate in my own draft, bring it up.

Eh, that isn really alot of detail though. You never addressed a why or how one is better than the other in certain aspects.
I bolded the spelling error in your quote (dont know if that mistake is even in the article) and underlined the unnecisary extra space after the dash.
