Use pliers.
Never make threads for simple questions like that. Use the obvious "Ask a question, get an answer!" topic instead.

Should've been asked in the ask a question, get an answer thread. As for what to do, you're going to need to use pliers to loosen the face bolt. It was obviously tightened too much, might be broken though.
